Founding Partner

Ani Matevosyan is a founding partner at Matevosyan & Nikoghosyan, LLP. She specializes exclusively in the representation of injured workers.  Ani has many years of experience litigating workers' compensation cases.  She aggressively fights for injured workers in order to ensure maximum recovery for them.

Ani obtained her legal education at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2010 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in the same year.  Ani previously worked as a defense attorney for several major defense law firms in Los Angeles, representing employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases.  Ani's unique experience as a prior defense attorney gives her a first hand knowledge of how insurance companies and employers defend against workers' compensation claims and allows her to represent injured workers strategically in order to insure that they receive all of the benefits, care and compensation that they are entitled to.

Ani was born in Armenia and immigrated to the United States at the age of six.  Growing up, Ani saw her immigrant parents work with pain and difficulties without knowing their rights and laws of this country.  Seeing her parents struggle trying to provide for their children is what led any to law school.  Now Ani works hard in order to make sure that all injured workers are aware of their rights and laws so that no individual or working family is deprived of benefits they are entitled to, regardless of their legal status, age, education and background. 

In her spare time, Ani enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband, son, family and friends.  Ani is also a devoted pet parent to her cherished chihuahua.
